It does that to me. Keep waiting till one server opens up, quickly jump into that server and logout right after go in and choose the server you want to go in quickly.

Its an ijji problem not a you problem, so just do what people said and wait for it to come up.

I get that too especially today, you just have to wait and it goes back to normal. Today it gave me some messege that said "You are not authorized to perform this action" and I kept closing it but it wouldn't go away.
