Log Error?

Hey guys, I've played this game before I moved to this city but my computer was damaged on the way here, I redownloaded Gunz but now every time I press the playgame button I get a little window pop uo that says "Log Error" I don't know what to do, does anyone have a solution to this? it would be greatly appreciated if you guys could help me out.

sorry it says "error log system" not "log error"

What type of computer do you have?

What browser do you use?

Did you defragment your computer?

Does your computer lag bad?

Did you download Gunz?

Are firewalls off?

If you downloaded Gunz and it doesn't work, uninstall and try again.

I'm not sure what type it is anymore lol, its a combination of dell and emachine parts. I use the IE browser, no clue how to defrag my comp, my computer doesnt lag, or rarely does, yes I've downloaded gunz, again no clue about the firewall, I'm not particualrly good with computers and this is the third time I delete and redownload gunz hope I answered all of the questions lol.
