How can I change my Billing Info?

Hi.
As title says, I'm asking how can I change my billing information.
I want to change it because it does not match with my paypal account.
I want to change country and e-mail. I tried to change my PROFILE but it didn't appear in billing info...
Is anyone know how to change my billing info?

And btw.. you just need to change The Adress And Cp,.. you know just that kind of stuff....

What's CP? anyway, in My account it changes my PROFILE, not my BILLING INFO. when i click on "view current billing info" it says my email is : .... and country: n/a.
But when im trying to buy some item, after i chose the amount of g coins i wanna buy and the paying method, it shows me Country: United States, and MY email (which i wanna change to my mom's email so it will match my mom's paypal email) and I didnt even say im from U.S... and even though i changed my profile country to Israel, my billing info wouldnt change...

once you have payed once with an account, you cant change it
