Ijji Admins: Hacking in Quests; What are we supposed to do?

What are we supposed to do about hackers in quests? About half of the public quest rooms I join have one hacker in them, and it bothers me.

Things wrong with hacking in quests:

1.) In anything, cheating is wrong
2.) It makes a mockery of all companies involved with the game's creation and maintenance
3.) It's unfair to players who actually complete the quests fairly, without cheating
4.) It goes unpunished because we cannot send in .GZR replay files of Quests

and last but not least, probably the worst thing of all:

If you successfully get a hacker to leave a room, by scaring him into think you're taking screenshots etc, and he leaves, then the other players get mad at you if you lose the quest! So people WANT players to hack with them to ensure a win. Ijji, do you want the community to remain like this?

What can we do?

Maybe a thread where players can report the names of quest hackers, and GMs can follow them and quest with them to confirm they're hacking? (Of course, the GMs couldn't use names like "GM_Something" in orange text.. because the hackers would obviously just turn off their hacks when they KNOW a GM is there...)

Tried. Got [what seemed like] an automated response telling me they are sorry but they can't accept anything but a .GZR replay file as proof against a hacker.

The reason I think it was automated is because I figured the ones in charge of the game would already know that we can't take replays in quests.

Thing is, I am pretty sure there are many players that only hack in quest because they know they can't be recorded (and because they just want to get the items to "show off" (falsely)), and don't actually hack in normal games.. :(

my reasoning behind that is - hackers are a very common occurrence in quest rooms, but not so much in normal rooms.

Hacking in quests takes out the challenge in it, its just boring with a hacker, much more satisfying to get a whole team and unload on a boss or a swarm of enemies than have all your kills taken by a god damn hacker.

Yeah man, quests are suppose to be challenging and taken down by a team of four, thats the points of it, hacking is just stupid.

(RAWR) Hmm... All they really have to do is download the program(now called *******) Figure how its working, and simply prevent it. Thats the main hack, and if they neutralize it, then that would be atleast half of the hackers, um.., hack-less.(RAWR)

Can a CSR please tell us all what to do about hackers in quests? Sorry for the bump but no one from Ijji has replied yet? I just want to know how we should report them if screenshots are not acceptable, thanks
