Denied Acess to Play Live Button

I belived that many others have faced this problem whereby after multiple tries at the Play Live button, the website only refreshes itself and nothing happened.I,myself face the same problem.I have recently just downloaded GunZ on my desktop and face this problem. However, i was able to launch GunZ on my laptop which i have downloaded the game months ago.So, i believed it it due to a bug in the ijji installer or the Gunz Installer in the latest file download of the following files.

Many threads have been created regarding the same problem and GMs have also gave us several advice on this problem.

I have tried the following ways GMs have recommened ijji users but the problem still persists:
-Rebooting my PC
- Uninstall all components of ijji and reinstall again.
-Refreshing my browser several times.
-Disabling all Norton-related programmes.

I have been trying all ways and means to play GunZ on my desktop but i just couldn't solve the Play Live Button problem.Browsing through all threads and posts related to this problem,i still couldn't find a solution to this.

Of course, i have tried all the methods before posting here.

I hope that GMs can look into this matter and give us a satisfactory reply rather than just telling us the same few ways like restarting our computers and refreshing browsers,etc....
