Is it just me or is superion next to impossible?

I have done superion 7 times today coming pretty close, always being last left....I fight him for OVER AN HOUR all by myself and I hardly get any damage on him....I think what they need for boss quest are ammo spawns in the corners of the map for as much ammo as you can get. You always run out of ammo. Either that or they need to tone down superions health count. I haven't beaten him with over 13 differant quest groups and some of them were really strong. I'd like to know if there is something i'm missing? I'm normally the last left, I shoot smaller enemys for ammo and health and then when my hp and ap are good I shoot superion till my ammo is almost done. Then I shoot monsters for more ammo. Is there something I do wrong there, cause he never dies for me.

All I can say is, superion needs to seruisly be reduced in hp or something to make him kill able because right now, he's got like godmode hacks, and he spits fireballs(HAX LOL)

I vote to keep Superion the way it is.
Indeed it is hard, but it makes GunZ more challenging for Questing. I wish we're able to play him at different maps based on dungeon though, the dark makes it quite challenging.

It is fine how the way it is. Just need team work and everyone have MG with them.

If you kill the minions they drop hp, ap, and ammo...thats what they are there for...get 2 sets of double revs shoot him then bf the minions to get more ammo

He's really easy with a good team, We have asdgaw bf him (so he flinches) the rest of us can use our weps to take him down, it's a very efficient method of taking him on.

Or if like 2 people daggers superion really far away from the monsters and one person shot him and one person lured the monsters away(give or take a few but the 3 could handle a few monsters) would that be a good stratagy? because dagger like stuns him I hear.

You also shouldnt play that boss if your below lvl 30. Just save the quest items.

You need strong weapens with lot of ammo for it. Also recommended to use and play with premium item users.

Many people can solo superion actually. I can solo Superion easily but it will take like 20-35 minutes, not worth time to do over and over.

Superion is way easier than Aneramon to solo because it has no baby aneramons that slow you down.

For low levels it can be tough if you got weak rifles. I say for average players, Superion is for 25+ who have machine guns(dmg:16). Your team can kill with rifles but soon there will be ammo problems and your teammates drop one by one unless they can dodge Superion's attack and can bf to get ammo.

Back on topic, I've beaten Superion many times, and as mentioned before, a good team is a must. But you still need some basic information:

Superion has 6000HP and 6000AP. That's a lot.

Smaller enemies (Skeleton Soldiers, Skeleton Mages, and Skeleton Generals) will continually spawn to a fixed number (25, I think). However, when an enemy is killed, the type of monster that replaces him is random. Therefore, when you need health/AP/ammo, only kill Mages and Generals to make your life easier.

Superion has three attacks:
-Giant Swing, a close range sword attack that stuns and does over 60 damage. Roll/dash backwards to avoid.
-Flame Cast, a small cluster of fireballs that he will use at long range. Roll/dash sideways to avoid.
-Fire Wave, a horizontal ground-wave of fire. Has a large and obvious startup time. Jump to avoid

As far as equipment:

-Nico MG-K8 through K11: One ammo pickup gives you 120 bullets. That translates into 1920-2280 dmg. per clip.

-Dynax 2x, Zaurus B 2x, Iron Crow Revolvers 2x: For the smaller guys. Phantom Cruises have bad accuracy, which will inevitably waste precious ammo. Two shots kill mages, 5 shots kill Generals, 3 shots kill Soldiers.

-Phantom Slaying Dagger: This thing is godly. Only 4 weight leaves you with more room for ammo pouches and meds. Dagger stabs stun enemies, which makes it easire to kill the small enemies chasing you around.

Ammo Pouch/Meds: You must have at least one ammo pouch on you. Your second item slot can be either another ammo pouch or some meds.

The strategy for fighting him is as follows:

When your team is alive, you do two things:
-Kill any mages you can find with two revolver shots and a single dagger stab.

-When most/all of the mages are gone, stay at mid range and shoot him with your MG; circle around the pillars to evade the Generals. Don't ever stop moving.

-If you find that you're the last person alive, you must keep him from using his fire spells. Get close to him to bait him into using his Giant Swing attack. Roll back, spray with MG, repeat ad infinitum.

Now go kill that bony bastard!

Superion is actually pretty damn easy if you don't get hit by his somewhat aimbotted fireballs that seem to be able to leadshot you multiple times. I've killed him a few times from over half hp when the whole noob team died. I either take a 120x120 gun + revs/nico/maxwell as they don't weight much then i usually get him to run in a straight line and spray at him while avoiding his fireballs until im out of ammo then i'll go gather all the mobs and dbf/quickstep in circles killing loads of mobs and avoiding the boss which aims terribly at close range picking up the health and ammo i then go and repeat step 1.

I changed my Gunz character name to Sakaki cuz I <3 <3 <3 her. (Just like Kaorin, just kidding)

Sakaki doesn't show her emotions as much as other characters like Tomo or Yukari and she is usually reticent, just like you see in my sig.

In one aspect, I do admit the anime can be childish but it is hilarious. It is one of the few animes that have no antagonists(meaning no bad guys) and very peaceful.

2maned it yesterday and working on soloing it, gotten him to 1/4hp the real trick is to get a dbf guy or pro dagger lock guy and freaken lock him and get ur team mates to shoot or if your on ur own and ur team mate dies bf/dbf/tbf around the pillars no mages cant hit you and do that till ammo drops also superion always attks with his sword> then uses a fire thingy so remember that jump at the 2nd time he attacks and some times he does that flamy whip thing you know what im talking about =D

to me hes scary. He always runs to the nearest player, so keep dodging. Dodge when he uses his fireballs.

Use teamwork.. an organized team can win 100% on him unless someone does something stupid...

its easiest to just lock him with sword. Then the team work comes in.. cause without them.. the person who locks is going to die damn fast with the lesser demons chasing him around.. so you need someone to shoot people off the locker and someone to distract a big group of the lesser demons without killing them and a fourth to shoot at Superion while he is locked.. its good for him to have a sword so when he run out of ammo he can switch with the locker and continue shooting if Superion lasts that long
