Could you explain more about this problem ? Like In what phase of running game does it appear, etc
Do you hardware specifics suits to recomended or minimals ?
I can tell you the universal solutios you could try :
Get rid of every things that shouldn't be in Gunz ijji folder.
Reinstall ijji GunZ.
Reinstall All ijji.

Same here. Apparently alot of people have this error. I just wish more people would pay attention to this error. I have tried everything people says. Update driver, and such.

Hi im D34thGal.. i was wondering because ever since the update for the new quest this problem starts to occur. I had Windows XP and my comp was entirely 4 months old.. so i try to get Vista for better things but the SAME problem occured.So all i do is that i login and wait.. then its at the loading screen and my comp stops at PICTURE so im thinking i think i need a new graphic. but im not sure because i have a NVIDIA Geforce 7300 and my cousin has liek a NVIDIA Geforce 6950 adn his works. So i have a lvl 45 which i spent about 3 months on and i have prems.. Soo im mad.. ive been waiting and on March on the ijji update i thought that the problem was going to be fixed but IT STILL OCCURED IT STOPS AT PICTURE AND THEN IT FREEZES AND Error Login pops out along with MAIET REPORT PLEASE FIX IT
GAME MASTER UMM WHY RNT YOU ANWSWERING TO THIS TYPE OF QUESTION? IS it THAT YOU CAN SOLVE IT?

iBoo does have a point none of the admins have been responding o this error. I bet you this error was created when the update started and dont wanna respond to the error.
this is the error you press start live then start its at loading screen and it stops there soo i bet you they rnt responding to this question becuz BUT TRY TO

Thank you for reporting this issue.
1) Close all Ijji games and other Internet Explorer windows, then reopen IE to gunz.ijji.com.
2) Delete your cookies - Using Internet Explorer select Internet Options from the Tools menu > click on the Delete Cookies button > then click the Delete Files button. (may take up to 4 minutes to delete the files
3) Restart your computer.
4) Make sure your connection is clean and stable, that you are not getting disconnected or having temporary connection outages. You can test this by playing other online games or downloading large files (such as Gunbound, other games, or movies). If the download or gameplay gets interrupted, something may be wrong with your connection. Contact your phone or cable company and/or your Internet Service Provider.
5) Uninstall GunZ using the Windows Control Panel (select Add or Remove Programs, then look for GunZ and click the Remove button).
6) Delete any GunZ folder that maybe at C:\ijji\english\ drive.
Then re-download and reinstall GunZ by going to http://gunz.ijji.com and clicking on the Play Live button.
Please make sure that you are not attempting to download files while launching GunZ.
If you continue to have issues please contact the Help Desk and they will investigate further.

I have same problem, but happens when I exit gunz. I've reinstalled it over 5 times, but McAfee system guard closes on its own. I need help too.

Yeap, I have done this serval times already. When I contact Help Desk, they give me the same response.

GUYS I FOUND OUT THE PROBLEM :D ANYWAYS MAKE SURE U UPDATE UR DRIVERS FOR UR VIDEO CARD JSUT TYPE IN GOOGLE UPDATE DRIVERS AND PICK 1 of THEM AND IF IT WORKS LET ME KNOW MY NAME ON GUNZ IS SworDStalkeR HOPE IT WORKS BYE GUYS :D:D:D:D

I laugh at this, I mean come on I`ve been playing this game for a year, and I do want to play the new verision with the quest and everything. If you people are saying that this problem has been occuring for almost more than 2 months then WTF is the creators of Gunz doing. Every day about lets say 500 hundred people install this game a day about half of the 500 people get this problem, and not only that the number of people gettting mad and throwing there computers out the window and just totally stop playing this game forever also increases. So if this problem stays for maybe another 2 months this game is going to get really unpopular because of it, and I am also getting the log in error too.

This problem occurred with the Quest update and is said to have something to do with your Operating System. It occurs most on Windows Media Center Edition. You should email ijji about the situation because many people have this problem but ijji does not respond and trying to bring it to their attention might be the best thing to do.

One way to get a system error is if you try to inject a file to gunz (hack) gunz and you get cought:nak:
(not saying your hacking but just letting you know one way of getting the error)

i to am having this problem adn i am trying everything i can do to fix it. BTW installnig new driver doent work so dont bother i tried 3 different ones, all with failing results.
ijji needs to get off their rears and figure out what the problem is instead of posting the automated response they give you in the help desk. (BTW i tried 3 times and they still give me the same automated resonse as here) This obviosly does nothing and the media edition compuyters are having problems

Yes, this is getting quite pathetic. I usually got the error once, then I reloaded GunZ and it worked just fine. Now the error keeps happening. I'm glad to see the admins are so caring about their users (SARCASM!!!!1!). But, it's very simple all you admins. Either fix the problem very soon, or you wont have anymore people playing. Simple math.

I used to have this problem, with all the willy nilly symbols. It would close my GunZ.
Then I'd just reload it.
Able to play after that. Fun!

Yes even after update wih ijji changeing and all the other gunz updates it still has the same problem. Even if u uninstall the game itll still stop at pic for me and my comp is brand new...... so there shouldbnt be any problem... it was all because of the quest update... they shoiuld take it off and fix IT
my cuzzin has a slower comp than mine and HIS WORKS

It has GOT TO BE GAMEGUARD... no joke.. this is sounds exactly what happened to me.. i had a lvl 30 warrior on rakion which used to be a good level took me FOREVER... and ive had two (Now three) run ins with Gameguard... first i got the error 114 ((Like i am now with gunz)) but the next update fixed it.. but an hour later there was a follow up update which screwed me over.. and i got the same error log as you... but in a completely different game.. the only things i could match up from Rakion to Gunz is Gameguard.. ive tried downloading a different version of gameguard that would fool the system into showing it was a recent version of GG but still no solution... GM's seem to be very ignorant to our situations Premium user or not we're all suffering the same problem with NO answers of a soluton..

And in html & txt files is like a written log error ( I have that with GG 114 ) about that
