Hello, I was hoping the ijji admins or ANY ONE could help me out with a problem I've been having. So I bought this Visa Debit card thing, it works like a credit card but they dont bill you or any thing, and a friend put the money on his paypal but got fustrated while trying to add coins for me, so he set an account up for me and forwarded the money to my account, but I dont have a bank account or real credit card, and it says I need a confirmed address, and to do this I have to add a credit card number. It also says some thing about me not having enough money in my paypal account to make the purchase, so I tried buying just five (5) dollars worth and it said the same thing. now heres for personal oppinion; Why does ijji need all my personal information and a confirmed address and my credit card number and security number if I'm giving them the same ammount of money one way or the other? Its rediculous and annoying, I'm not the kind of person thats comfortable putting my personal information on the internet.
Any way if it makes any difference I do have a paybycash purchase that I havent payed and I've been trying to cancel because I've sent $20 twice and they're not getting it.
This is really getting old, I want prems, I need prems, I've tried getting coins several times and it keeps just not working out. I would greatly appreciate any help MAINLY from ijji though.
Thanks for your time,
Jack

thats the problem, the only place I can buy any thing without a credit card account is e-bay, so now i have 21.40 on a paypal account, and i cant send it to another account or any thing till I have a credit card or bank account on that paypal account, I'm talking to a friend about me maybe using his credit card info on my account so I can transfer the money or get G coins

Heres the paybycash method. You probably didn't wrap your money around paper -- so the post office or mailman probably stole it. :/

Those steps work out when using paybycash

I'm tired of paybycash, I'm not a rich person, I'm not sending more money through the mail, I asked a GM for help on how to resolve my problem with paypal. That is ALL I want, I give up on paybycash, all I want is my 20 dollars. I'm really getting irritated, it shouldnt be this difficult, this is a game site, I can understand if this was some thing like ebay or banking or some thing important, not that ijji isnt important, I would die if gunz was closed up, but it shouldnt be THIS hard to buy 20 dollars in pixelized items, its rediculous.
I'm going to keep bumping this topic untill I get some help.

There are many reasons why you could be experiencing these issues. Since billing matters are sensitive matters we will not be able to troubleshoot this on the forums.
Please contact us through the Helpdesk. You can do this by clicking on "Help" and searching the Knowledge Base for the issue you are having troubles with. If you are unable to find the resolution to this issue please click "Ask a Question" and a Billing representative will respond as soon as possible.
I wish the best of luck to you! Cheers :)
