Its not ijji's job to fix the medal, its Maiets, the only thing ijji could maybe do is stop the medal from being purchased anymore untill its fixed. BUT that wouldnt help would it? ijji employees such as Midori, im sure know this problem from reading the threads. I'm sure they tell Maiet all problems that go along, but listin kid, as soon as somthing happens you cant expect a fix within days, or even weeks.
It takes planning, and programming, its not somthing they can do on demand. Just try and suck it up is all you can do for now. Goodluck with that, and to you.

But, even an ordinary person can edit gunz easily. I don't get why Ijji with its staff can't do a thing...I understand it takes time and such because they have to reprogram the medal so that it works in its intended manner but its simply a matter of balancing out the medal vs the other premium medals. Even I can do that an edit mrs files so that they medal can at least balance out a bit more (a decrease in lightning duration). They could at least put a temporary solution such as what i mentioned above. But I guess they aren't doing it for one of three reasons:

1) They're greedy and want cash
2) They have 0 programming ability
3) The copyright by MAIET does not allow them to edit gunz files, in which case I would understand.

I think the Winscar,'s ability to hang people in the air was to Intented ability of the element. I don't really thing it the fact that people get stuck in the air, but the fact that you cannot move at all. IF you all remember, when the Winscar coin first came out, the massive on it was useless, it lasted about the same time as a normal massive stun, but it added alil more damage, but not by much. Now that this new patch is out and the Winscar is much more powerful, now it becomes "unbalanced". But the thing I see is that most of the uproar is coming for the k-stylers. I guess the fact that not being able to move makes them weak and helpless. I welcome this new update, it tests my skills and tell me I need to play harder then ever once more people get their hands on a Wincar element.
I know this is not a glitch, but the intended power that the Wincar element was suppose to have.

Fact: Ijji needs money to keep NHN corp alive. NHN corp need to invest that money to make/recode more games

And some more facts. Ijji(Branch) just hosts, NHN corp(Tree) makes and recodes games, (Drift City) (Gunz) (Gunbound) (ETC ETC)

And jaysion does every high level I hit with a massive suck? What if that hit me, and I mop the floor with them?

Thats what the element of ernia do... to slow down the movement speed of the player...but the player can still move. Besides, it lasts for quite a short while , but winscar will juz leave u hanging there and be4 u know it, u r dead meat.
