Crimson Necklace combines with another item to create the Goblin King Boss...i think it combined with Goblin Skull (goblin not large :P)

What dose it do?
To create Goblin King bosses, and now since there was a boss update here are the combos for the Gk's
Crimson Necklace+Goblin skull=Normal Goblin King
Crimson Necklace+Goblin King skull= Thunder Goblin King

ijji isn't that kind to give you a prem item from killing the currently thought easiest boss besides fake GK.
