Black screen on startup?

Okay, I entered my username, password and clicked Play now. The other window pops up and I click Start Game. It shows the game logo and it loads and it loads some more... Then the screen turns black and you might think it's just loading, but it will stay black like forever.

So what is going on? :/ I'd really like to play this game.

I already handled my router when I installed Rakion and got it to work. Also I only have windows xp's firewall. I made it to accept Gunz. Also I have AVG anti-virus, but... That has never been a problem before. And yes, I have the newest directX and newest drivers for videocard and soundcard. Also I meet the requirements better then fine.

Any ideas?

press tab then hit enter.

what is happening is that Gunz is reading your comp and thinking u have a virus or spyware (which u might) by pressing tab you move the selection box to yes and by hitting enter it selects yes to launch gunz.
