Dear Luminary Players,
---We have an exciting announcement today: the opening of the first five towns! This will be done via stock offerings from December 15th to the 19th, and will be available at different times throughout the day so everyone will have access to them. At 10am and 1pm on each day, 20,000 shares will be given out, with each character able to buy 20, and costing 5,000[M] each (for a total of 100,000[M] if you buy all 20 available). Then at 4pm and 7pm if a certain percentage of the total stocks have not been bought, 20,000 more stocks will be offered at the same price (maximum of 20 per person). If more than the available amount of users applies for stocks, who is allowed to buy them will be chosen randomly by the server. Here is a chart with the first 5 towns and the schedule:

---Owning these stocks makes you a shareholder of that town, and you will have a chance to vote for the Town Chief in a Town Chief election. You can also buy and sell your shares on the Stock Market. Owning shares is another step in becoming an influential leader amongst Luminary Players, so good luck!
