Hospital uh... glitch?

ok heres the story. I was playing hospital and i was defending. i went downstairs and you know the window facing the front of the hospital? I threw a grenade and then everyone died at once. Im not really sure what happened but i did not do anything except throw a nade...

The same thing happened to me once in shanghai. I thought somebody was hacking.

It's a really weird bug, I wonder how exactly it happens.

Thats not a hack. I saw a similar thing happen to a person that I know doesn't hack. Its a lag nade. It can happen on any map. But i'v only seen it happen on kina and desert. Its a bug in the game. Hopefully it will be fixed
