Big G Coin Problem Help plz!

Ok i woz banned on my ijji account full of perms :confused2: and i was banned for a good reson but... all of my paypal details was on it and i cant transferre them onto my new ijji account i cant change the email to the payapl email or anything and i cant terminate my other account becuase i cant acces it becuase it is baned..... Any help plz! becuase i cant stand being a non perma :busted: if u help me ill be in ur debt for ever :lust: please i need your help if any admins read this please!!!
