Hackers...

I am happy to see that the showerroom glitch has been fixed but there are some hacks that let you create showeroom and other illegal rooms.... it their a way for us to report the users in the rooms without getting banned ourselves?

On a different notice... GM's is their some way you could program gunz so if you have more than 200 slashes a minute you are just disconnected...... It would make the autoslash hackers mad.. and then they might stop after being disconnected 3 or 4 times.

And are you ever planning on making a ban list?

One more thing, people say you can't hack with vista! I don't get it..? Can't you get hacks with anything?

ehh, isnt that slash thing a server-sided thing? gunz is client-sided i think.

when i used to hack maplestory(no longer hacking anything) Vista would completely block any "hacking tool" so ppl wouldnt be able to hack on vista unless they created a program themselves that worked with their system

Well there are alot of people with vistas on gunz and there are alot of hackers. I'm sure there must've been someone who figured out what to do and shared it. There seems to be alot of hackers these days.

There will be people hacking on Vista,it aint hack-proof.Nothing is.

It's sad that people can access them so easily, Honestly I think the sites that allow hackers and leeches to download hacks should be abolished. It's silly when I type Ijji Gunz into google hack sites pop up. If you can hack in a game then even stronger hacks exist out there and it's a disadvantage to everyone in the game and online. Banking, stores...etc. can be hacked and I think Ijji is trusting in us players to try and help because it's hard to keep up with I'm sure.

I think Ijji should place a "Zero Tolerance" on hacking and IP ban all found hackers. Also I'm seeing alot of "Need Hackers" rooms. All players who are entering quests with hackers (If they know.) Should be temporarily banned. It would delete the problem with hackers making new accounts. I know Ijji is working hard, but Zero Tolerance should be placed I think.

Each game I jump into, I hear that all too familiar hacking sound...I've reported 7 hackers today and I've only played in four rooms.

Well it's nice knowing there are people reporting hackers and I report as well.

I think everyone who sees a hacker write down their name! Hackers are so foolish...I know Ijji trying, but I believe the game is what you make it. I plan to do my part in making it hacker free (Impossible I know, but I'l ban as many as I can or actually as fast as I type...I'm sure the people who care enough are reporting as well. I thought about this too...Do Gms ever use lower level characters to enter Entry, Beginner, and veteran levels and secretly patrol?

I don't know, and I just wondered, because I've never seen a Gm in game before. (I do realize their probably very high level and they handle Expert and Elite channels.)

Yeah they are high lvl.If I ever become a Gm in this game,removing all hackers will be my first priority.

Lol, even though the showerroom glitch has been fixed a long time back, i actually noticed that there are no more showerrooms after seeing this thread.

I think that i understand why some people hack. After trying to do good in Gunz for a long time, but always failing, they gave up and downloaded hacks. I almost downloaded some hacks a few months back when i was lvl 20 cause I sucked at every single style, but I realized that hacks are only for the weak hearted. Now, i am a super k-styler who is lvl 35, easily pwning lvl 45s and higher w/ my breaker 7 k-styling/phantom cruise N x2 and i still do not hack:thumbsup: tho i have gotten some horrible glitch in a quest when i had the military dagger equipped for the first time a few days back and everyone's ping was 0 to me, and some NPCs moved, others didnt, and when everyone else died on boss lvl, the boss wasnt moving at all and i almost killed it when i died. Everyone else called me a hacker that dies. But it was my stupid computer :cry:
