yea what is it i thought it meant all our levels were going back to 1 i checked to my character still a 36 (yay) so what does a roll back mean exactly

Rollback literally means all the data from Monday is used rather than anything in recent days.

When I made a character 3 days ago, nothing went wrong. But the next day when I turned my pc back on my character was gone. So I made a new, and again it was gone. So I made another new character and again.... IT WAS GONE!!! How can this happen?? My Character name = J3sSter and my
ID = J3sSteR

There was a server rollback, so some character infromation was lost. Just make your same character again.

I've made my way up to lvl 15 (for about the third time) now, just logged in and found my char again downgraded to the state it was at lvl 13!!
I completely lost the items, the guns, the bounty and the XP since then (and my brother,who has his own IP too).
So I wondered if there is any reasonable explanation or if any1 can help me?!?

the game got rolled back and you lost exp/bounty and items and stuff

Wallmart has rollbacks on prices.
Except you don't lose levels.
