Dear Luminary Players,
Tomorrow we will be undergoing maintenance to add many new and exciting additions to Luminary! Maintenance patch 517 will start January 9th at 5pm PST and run until approximately 10:00pm PST. It will include the following:
Dark Army Invasions:
-Invades outside towns approaching Hanyang, every Wednesday at 12pm and 6pm PST
-Ends with a boss
-Then players invade back into the Dark Army territory, every Saturday at 12pm and 6pm PST
Raccoon Box:
-Use gold, silver, and bronze keys, with gold having the most chance of obtaining a g-coin item
-Alternatively get 10 keypads to play
-Random item is received, either g-coin, or non-g-coin items including a wolf mount
Maxumus Raccoon:
-Spawns outside: Tiny Thicket / Strange Hot Spring / Aoji Coal Mine / Ice Castle / Baekdusan / Dragon Sea Palace
-Has lots of hitpoints, and only does 1 damage per hit
-Drops elemental stones, potions, and other great items
Pink Rabbit Turf:
-Has been sighted to the east of Hanyang
Book Box:
-Will drop from new “kind” monsters
-Right-click this box to get a skill book (technique or manufacture)
-These new “kind” monsters allow you to hunt in higher level areas than you would normally go, to obtain books
Improved Tools:
-By doubling the materials to make a tool, its quality is improved, and it will last 7 days instead of 2
-Ironware: Hammer, Anvil, Saw, Scissors, Needle, Gimlet, Flat Iron, Iron pot, Saw Dust
-Pottery: Bowl, Medicine Bowl, Pottery, Plate, Grinding stone, Mortar, Brass Chafing Dish -Stationery: Writing brush, Ink Stone, Ink Stick
-Sickles and Hoes are excluded from duration length expansion because they are not required for manufacturing items
Clara’s interface:
-Has been fixed to show the actual time an item can be stored – 1 year in real time (In game time 10950days)
Town/Guild Chat:
-Town chat now shows when a member of the town levels up or skills up
-Guild chat shows when they level up
TinTin:
-Instead of always giving 5,000[M] to the town when any item is dismantled by tin tin, now the town will be payed according to the item
-While the town will only get 800[M] for a bronze sword, they will 11,200[M] for a Great Tiger Sword, so higher level dismantles will be worth much more than before
Town Opening Changes:
-When a town is open to the public after a stock subscription, it will now receive:
-Basic town: Hunting Ground
-Farming town: Farm
-Mining town: Mine
-When a bank reaches 0 durability, it will no longer be destroyed, but penalties will be in place:
-City Hall: Town chief cannot hold town events.
-Warehouse: Users cannot apply lease.
-Bank: Users cannot open bank account.
Building Repair Changes:
-The schedule is now based on the in-game year; years 1-4 will only cost 100,000[M], 200,000 in year 5 (2 real months), 400,000 in year 6, 800,000 in year 7, and One Million[M] in year 8
-To offset the cost of later repairs, items have been added to repair buildings
-These items are made by a combination of materials and tools and will save marbles at later stages of building repair costs
