How Do I Post Music

I think everyone would like to know how to post a music track (without using the link option, just a track that u pot into your computer and then start lsitenign to)... like i wanted to post soemm usic on my clan members board... but i cant figure it out, please help me...

i'd like to just post some music, why cant they have a little thingy like that, they got one for pictures and links but not music.

It would make a massive lag and you always need to load the music for each clan etc.
