Cut their names in your arm and say simsalabim and when the name glows your friends are online.

I don't think you can.. you have to get them to meet up with you in game and add their name there

i right click on there name and it says "add friend".

You cannot add a friend without being in the same place as them and manually rightclicking their name and pressing "add friend." Hope this helped/
