That comes up when I click play now. I'd post a screenshot... but I don't know how.

Are you on a computer adminstrator account?
First
Add these to your firewall's exception list:
c:\ijji\english\gunz\gunzlauncher.exe
c:\ijji\english\gunz\gunz.exe
c:\ijji\english\gunz\gameguard.des
c:\windows\downloaded program files\hgstart9usa.exe
Second
Do you have Active X 9.0 and is it enabled, to enable it look here:

Third
Perhaps the hgplugin has been corrupted.
First, go to C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files and right click on the file. Go to properties, then click the dependency tab. In there what do you see?

What anti-Virus software do you use, is it enabled/disabled, set up to allow gunz stuff?
Sixth
Router/ISP?
