Well, I don't know if this section of the forum is true or not but I will post my idea anyways.
In the game, there is a huge in balance of factions of OMD and Roo. People simply choose OMD because of money because they are easily influenced by it. Don't forget they turn down Roo because of the ridiculous high exp and low mito. I suggest fixing this by rewarding more mito in battle zone or at least better patrolling rewards.
