Mito and Exp gains from Races...

I think that the gains should be based off of the course. It sucks to see that one race, you gain enough money to supply your fuel, and in other races, you use too much fuel just to finish the race where the mito you get is not enough to supply it... -_-

I think it needs to be changed a bit.
