Currently there is no way to upload a screenshot. However, you can include a link to an image on another website.
For those interested in viewing old screenshots and participating in the Avatar Item design contest, you can view the old forums until March 30 by clicking on the appropriate game link on the right side of any of the forum pages (where it says "Go to old forum ->"

Ok, ummm... It goes 'till March 2007. What about the forums when Ijji and GB first came together? Back in 2006? I love those. It was the best! XD

you can go to imageshack, tinypic, or photobucket to upload ur pictures.
