I think ijji intentionally is trying to confuse players into buying this item. Tools still expire in the bag....thats the reason why I bought it. I told them description was misleading almost 3 months ago when I first found out it didnt do what I thought it should. I think it means "items are not lost when it expires" and yes it lasts a year so kinda cool...
