I think he's jsut complaining about the people who lose and use the excuse "I don't feel like trying" becuase they don't want to admit to themselves they're playing bad.

Many people use the 'not trying' excuse to hide up that they're really doing bad or that they just plain suck. It's best to just ignore these people or reply with an 'OK'.
You know deep down inside that you're actually better when they say that.
