Server Problems?

How come server 4 and server 3 only have 4 people in them. It also wont let me get it it just says "cannot access server" and after im done trying to log in i click on quest 1 or 2 and get a "no msg" AND "hacking attempt". Anyone know whats going on?:confused2:

hacking attempt and nomsg are common just log back in, the cannot access server comes up a lot as well, just wait a few secands and it should automatically bring you to the game.

yea no msg and hacking attempt are common but whats going on with server 3 and 4?
