ive seen the clan replays and....all female o.O.....what female char have that male dont besides the looks?.....now it makes mt think that ill never be good on my male T.T.........ppl said that female and male are the same , only the animation with the sword and stuff is diff....tell me now...should i use female char?...or can i still be as pro with male o.O?

Although they say that there the same I find that untrue. The bf and dbf is smoother with the girl but the RS is much faster with the boy (if your using scroll.) So choose your pick!

The differences are insignificant. People say girls bf faster, but that is only because the animation gives you this illusion. Some definite things is that guys can yo yo hop with a shotty while girls cant, and girls can do the floating glitch easier. Apart from that thee is a minute difference other than the perception of what a pro looks and acts like.

Notice how sprayers get riled at? It is because there is a conceptions that you must use a shotgun to be pro. Notice how many "pros" often wear mismatching premiums for better AP, or how most female characters use desert flame and eternal blue nowadays? Too many get caught up in a fad usually, but its all good since no harm is done, its just annoying seeing the same cliched "pro" as they all have the same characteristics

Well from my point of view, I don't like how male characters sort of swing to the side when they slash shot it makes it harder for me to aim. Also, I find it much easier to aim versus a male character. Since I know I can aim better versus a male character, it makes me think others are like that too, so I use a girl character so it's harder for people to aim me.

I've heard they can't yoyo with a shotgun.
As little as I have tried D-style I can do yoyo with revs ez but not with a shotty.

I think the male block animation is faster, so there's more control over dbf, I tried Monk techniques with female and especially spamming two block buttons shows how slow it really is. (not yet tried with male character, though)

My conclusion is that male charaters would be better in sword combat, but since females are smaller and their animations are a lot more flexible they come handy in gun action. And of course females are cuter. :=p:

Really well said.But i don't think its a fad,i think its peer pressure because well...everyone expects you to be a pro so they come up with some random gear and copy the "pros" as you said,but with so many people running around with female chars and the desert flame set,why not ask them why they got the prems in the first place? im a male char and i got desert flame set.and i pfft its sucha kick ************ set everyone thinks its noob when i spray them with it.sometimes someone is saying "spray is PRO OMFG" and sometimes its sarcasim and sometimes its just a chat of recomondation (joining clans,being admin,being someones friend etc).And when i kstyle im instantly recognized for any of those options

I think that it's because of the slightly smaller image on the female character, so you get hit less obviously, which could make a big difference. The only other difference I see is the fact that when female characters slash shot or any of the gun moves, their gun comes out in a different way.

There are a few important differences between males/females:

males shoot all guns centered, from around the waist/groin area

females shoot off center

males/females throw nades from diff locations

females cannot yoyo with a shotgun

females are smaller so it's easier to aim (you can see more of what's in front of you)

when holding a rocket launcher and falling, you get animation lock a lot faster with females

the block and first slash animation for males are shorter, they can bf faster and ground bf a lot faster. Although, females seem to slash twice faster (ex> slash,slash,block)

gun switch animations are generally slightly, VERY UNOTICABLY slightly shorter for females

and also, not sure if it's just me but, wallrunning is a little differently timed between females/males

its easier to see your moves when using a fem char. but it is also easier for ur enermy to see wot ur doing. the animation times are the same.

the only true difference between male and female chars is where they shoot when doing ss/hs etc.

fem chars shoot from the left (and hit walls alot, its really annyoing)
male chars shoot from the bottom (rockets hit small steps like pavements =s)

thats the only difference that affects gameplay

Just make a man and a woman and level them at the same rate. Then you don't have to choose.

This shows one annoying thing about male characters. I have showed in both of these pictures the closest you can get the character to the crosshair before they turn transparent. Notice the man's head COVERS THE ENTIRE CROSSHAIR!
