Update your graphic card's drivers and disable (some options can be unticked)or lower your graphics.

well, have you tried multiple servers? when i tried logging into quest 2 yesterday, i couldnt see my character, but when i tried quest 7, i could see him (went to quest 7 cause other servers were messed up)

This might work, dunno I don't understand your problem, but your folder might be hidden, so...

Go to C:\Documents and Settings\(Username)\Application Data(hidden folder)\ijjigame(hidden folder too)

To unhide your folders go to Folder Tools->Folder Options->View->Hidden Files and Folders

Delete ijjistarter2.
