GM: 2nd Round of Tournament

To GM_Devilito, when will the 2nd round of the tournament start?

As per my PM, please allow the tournament to start at 3 PST or later so that our players in clan Basic may actually participate (or simply switch to the last slot). Since the rule about joining/participating in the clan for tournament was changed for Shot, I hope this isn't much of an inconvenience. It is almost Thursday, and we could use some time to organize our clans for the tournament.

The rules of the tournament weren't bended for just Shot, it applied to everyone else who happened to join at a later date. Shot was eligible to participate (Joined exactly on Jan. 1st, the rules stated prior to Jan. 1st were eligible and everything afterwards was invalid) we just wanted to extend the time period so we were able to have more subs if needed and to give those in the other clans a fair chance to participate.

Are ijji trying to scamm us? i wonder if the winner of 2008 tournment, fan art and fan movie contest will get their prizes.
