Joining a town

How do you join a town that's completely empty?
And how do you get stocks from one too?
Because I'm trying to join a empty town and also get stocks from one (but there's no stocks in it...) :confused:

you cant join the empty towns. you can only join 1 of the 10 towns that were released
sambara, almasha, talatat, shenburry, dromopolis
athraven, ankha, svaja, nottonham, baronia.

only way to get stocks now is to buy from another player and its expensive.

By finding out their goals and how they pursue.

only way to get stocks now is to buy from another player
Town chief of every town can also issue new stocks (every issue adds 5% of total amount of stocks)

Town chief picks price per stock and in 3 days only shareholders can buy them (each shareholder up to 5% of his own stocks)
If some stocks are unbought by shareholders they go to general section after 3 days and are availble for buing by any1 for next 3 days

Each town profit is given to shareholders and residents ant the end of every G year (every 12 days in rl)

You can look for more nfo in game info :P (dividends per share/total # of shares/total # of residents)
