how can i Edit Signature and put a pic in it?

can some1 help me to edit it? cuz at the button i see this and see the under lined

If you have a picture on your computer upload it to www.imageshack.us or some other img upload sites and once you have uploaded take the DIRECT LINK to image and add it betwwn and tags in your signature.

My server's HOPEFULLY going back up tomorrow morning, and I might be able to do dynamic sigs again, but I'd prefer finishing my website first so I don't have to make the sigs- the site would.
