Goonzu Responsibilities

I feel that if we are to elect a person for Goonzu, we should at least know what we are entitling him or her to. Therefore, if there are any Global Players out there with comprehensive knowledge of the Goonzu position, please answer these questions.

1] What are the responsibilities of a Goonzu (i.e. what does he HAVE to do each day, how long does he HAVE to be on each day/week/month)?
2] What abilities does the Goonzu have that is not present in typical characters?
3] What must be paid and done to run for Goonzu?
4] What does the Goonzu receive at the end of his reign?
5] How long is the reign of Goonzu?

I think some of these have been answered in other threads, but I want to provide a thread where all this information is consolidated so people do not have to search the threads. If anyone has more questions, they can post in this thread, and hopefully, someone can provide an answer.

1) the only daily taks he has is to distribute 4leafs. he can go away for one week without any problem. he should be online only to manage problems about politic, not about maintenance of anything, like a tc.
2) he can use the goonzu seat he can teleport ppl next to him, he get bonuses from his clothes, he gives aura, he gets 4leafs, i dun think i forgot anything but maybe i missed something.
3)that's up to gm, the candidation is done manually by the gm. he will announce it later. on global anyway it was 10 mil and lvl 60
4) nothing i suppose but really i dunno
5) 2 months on global
