I think its a mis type: "continued" ? It sounds like the admin was saying to a player: If they continued with a certain action/activity would be against the TOS. Or maybe not that player directly but a player they brought up in the conversation. I didnt read the post you are speaking of directly so I wouldnt know the details.
-Should be in a different forum .. this is for suggestions.
