I've find that the Replay tool in the game ain't working, and it would ask you to purchase the replay item. However, the shop just doesn't sell this >duh< ....

So the admins got to fix this soon...
Anyway, my general feedback to this is that why should we pay for such "Replay" item when most games do provide us with free Replays in-game.

Also, another "bug" is that when you move your mouse over to the "Replay" button, it actually drops down a little. I find it very ugly and hope it can be modified asap!

the reason it isnt out yet is because they are debating making it a free item or not.

In the other SFs, you need to purchase it.

This feature is not broken so it doesn't need to be fixed. The release of the item is TBA.
