Player run events: LOTTERY?

im not hosting one but i was thinking should we add player run lotteries?
obviously the person running it would need high organization skills and be a very influential and trustable person.
i dont think itll be that hard just get a pen and a notebook.
The Pot should go something like this
80% should go into winning pool
left is used for buying sub tickets and to profit
in the case of no winner just get the closest number rounded up
Entry should be around 1k-2.5k
Numbers should be 20x20
good idea? might be fun i know im not really planning to win just have some fun

This is like gambling and im all for it....Its great cause the rich players probably host then other players can get more money too.
