Gunz keeps Crashing :(

I cant figure out whats going on, everytime i start up the game it crashes within a minutes time. It makes no error screens or warnings or anything, it just instantly closes. I didnt have this problem with the international version... could it be the nguard?

Do you have newest drivers for you graphic card ? And about the nguard.. maybe the firewall, Kerio were shuting my pc when i play start game, for example. Try to disable fw then
