I posted these before, but now that there is a Suggestions Area, I decided to post them again.
-- Make it so that you cannot join a party or create a party while you have a delivery started and
-- You cannot start a delivery while you are in a party and
-- Eliminate the fact that people can get jumps from being sandwiched
This would fix the constant boosting throughout the track that people do... Hey I did it myself, I won't lie. That is how I got all the records at station 3 in Cras. It is also something that I do not like. Deliveries are based on the players skill with the car, not skill with the car and 3 others comboing like mad to fill his boost meter.
My idea is to make it so people cannot benefit from the combos chunking up their boost meter anymore so that they have to rely on their own skills to get to the top.
Basically, exclude other part members boost bonuses from the combos they get while you are in a delivery. This would increase competition for the top times and make it much more fun because of the competition.
Another idea, this to further increase the likelihood of people doing deliveries... If that person gets a gold in each delivery at a specific station, they would receive an item. The item would be based off of the better judgment of the administrators seeing as these items can only be obtained once per account. The best way to do this is to place the better rewards later on in Cras and Oros so people don't create account after account to abuse this. They would still be able to abuse it, but it would take them longer to abuse it than to find the items themselves depending on what those items are... Let's say a Mittron Enhancer and a bonus of Mito for later on in Cras or such.
Here is another variation of the gold medal rewards. Instead of making it per station, why not make it so if someone gets a certain amount of gold medals, they will start receiving items for the gold medals they get. Lets say someone gets their first item from gold medals at 25 gold medals. You can get a max of 4-7 per station in the game.
Another way is to make it so that every 50 gold medals someone gets, they receive a Mittron Enhancer. This would be the easiest way to probably handle it. Every time someone gets a gold medal from a delivery, it gets added to their bar. They can do the same delivery over and over to receive the gold medals as well.
In my opinion, these are both awesome ideas. Ever wonder what was in it for you to try to get gold medals on each delivery? The second idea would actually make the gold medals actually do something.
I would entirely like it if I got feedback from a GM as well.
