how come when i press play live... it just load and NOTHING happen???
does somebody know who can solve this problem?

Well if just see a picture with no options it means your firewall is blocking it, I had the same problem but its fixed now. I just turn off my firewall since when I add Luminary to the allow list it still doesn't work.
So what you want to do is:
Add Luminary to your allow list for your firewall
Or disable your firewall when you play luminary

Sometimes when i exit or lose connection from luminary ijji downloader is stil running meaning it wont open a new game.
I just exit that and carry on as normal.
