The list has been updated somewhat, now that I have some experience with the current iteration of the game.

Missions
-Add an arrow on top of the cones that tell you where the next objective is. This arrow should point toward the direction of the next objective, whether that's where the car you need to tail is going to go, where you should head to go to the next objective, or anything else. A lot of times, having to turn around because you don't know where you'll need to go can cost you the missions, especially on "tailing" missions.

Time Attacks
See "Delivery Suggestion" (http://forums.ijji.com/showthread.php?t=151463)

Patrols
-Allow patrols to be done in all cities. Sometimes, I'd like to go back to Moon Palace, but there's nothing to do there. They could add in some more checkpoints and allow you to come back at higher levels, perhaps. I'm going to have to check on this one.

Instant Missions
-Buff the rewards that are obtained from the Skill Combo-type instant mission and the "Place in the top xxx" mission.
-There needs to be more variety. Skill Passes, Jumps, HUV arrests, there are a lot of possibilities.

Battle Zone
-More options are good things. Here are some examples:
1. The ability to shut traffic off.
2. A customizable amount of laps
3. The ability to disable or change the power-ups that you receive when crossing gates.
See: "Game Creation Options" (http://forums.ijji.com/showthread.php?t=143282)
-On-screen messages should be kept out of the way. I lost places several times when somebody finished the race and the picture of their car obscured 1/3 of my screen.
-Lag control. Laggy players are VERY common now. Changing the netcode to improve what happens when people lag may be difficult to do. The easiest thing that could be done is to implement a ping counter on each player on the Battle Zone Ready Room, allowing players to police themselves. I realize that this might make the experience somewhat worse for people with high pings, but having this many laggers in each battle makes the experience a lot worse for everybody else.
-Ramps. Ramps need to become a bit more ... reliable. Sometimes you'll hit a ramp perfectly, and have it drop your car instantly, damaging it and/or not giving you the boost, and other times, you'll go flying 300 feet into the air for a long distance. Sometimes it can cost you the race if a ramp messes up on you. Some ramps seemed worse than others, and some were always perfect. Ramps that are on an incline and ramps that are directly after a corner seem to be the worst.

Inventory
-Please allow us to, perhaps through buying a drift shop item (preferably mito :lolz:), stack our keys so that they don't take up so much inventory room. Another tab, similar to the Drift Shop tab, might also be an option.
-Some players seem to want more garage space. :)
-Crude Components currently have the ability to stack, but don't do it automatically. They should, unless doing so would break something else, such as being able to place them in the modify section of the Parts Shop.
-Perhaps remove certain less useful items, such as Fuel Additives, which don't drop very often, and really aren't that useful.
-Add an item queue. If you can't pick up an item, it gets placed in the queue, then is moved to your inventory as soon as possible. The items in the queue will disappear after a few minutes, to prevent abuse.

Parts
-Being able to sell/trade hyper parts would be cool, but isn't really needed. ->Thank's Ijji! :D
-I'm not sure if they do currently, but if they don't, perhaps add a chance for hyper parts to drop from doing HUVs or combos. If they do currently drop, perhaps up the drop rate a bit, as I've never seen one drop.

Auction House
-The ability to search for specific mods.
-An option to get rid of the "*part* has been sold" message.

General
-Options for higher resolutions, without the need to edit an .ini file. I tried the edited INI version today. With a couple of fixes here and there, this would be perfect. It already works very well.
-An option to turn off the arrow at the top.
-An option to turn off or make smaller flashy displays that block your view, such as "Arrest Successful", and other things in the battle zone.
-Remove the thing that disallows player movement when there's a quest dialog up and the player isn't currently moving.

NPCs
-Maybe add a little thing to the game that'll keep cars from spawning directly in front of the player. Not sure how this would be done.
-Add a little warning to a car that's about to make a lane change, such as an exclaimation mark over the vehicle.

I agree with a lot of these (http://forums.ijji.com/showthread.php?t=144420) ideas too.

I posted this topic before the sticky at the top was added, and before the poll was created (or at least before I noticed it). I voted "Other" on the poll, and I decided to come back and mark the thing that I wanted most in red.

I have to admit, I'm a bit surprised that 56% of the people are wanting new missions. Am I mistaken in thinking that most of this game's longevity lies in the battle zone? Am I wrong in thinking that adding variety to the battle zone would be (one of) the best things for the game?* I was hopeful when I noticed that there was a Suggestions forum added, and even more so when there was a sticky/poll added. However, I'm losing hope because it seems like the only things that interest people are adding missions, which are a one-time deal, unless you make a new character, and assuming you don't fail the mission.

I've noticed that a lot of people want "Rush Time". If I'm not mistaken, this is an every-two-hours event where a bunch of people go to a location in order to chase down a monstrous HUV. Can I assume that this isn't going to follow the rest of the game, and that it'll allow both ROO and OMD drivers to participate?

*Note: Not being selfless here. One of the main reasons that I quit was because of the lack of variety in the battle zones. I also know of a lot of people that quit for the same reasons. I'd like to come back, but I fear that it would just be a repeat of my previous play times, where bad luck and various other gameplay problems (buggy ramps, laggers) made the game extremely frustrating.

Okay, after getting some actual play time in, I've added a lot of things. All of the new things can be seen in blue font. A lot of the stuff that I had before is still there, and I modified a lot of it. The stuff that I want the most is still marked in red.

A bit off topic here, but there are a couple of new bugs that I've noticed:
First, and I'm sure they already know this, is the engine sound bug. I'm sure I don't need to explain it - just hop on the game and tell me what you hear.
Second, HUVs seem to go through vehicles at times without affecting them at all. I haven't noticed a pattern to this yet.

And a few thank-you's to Ijji for fixing and adding some things that I've noticed:
1. Various naming/text changes.
2. Added HUV life bar under the mini-map. This is wonderful.
3. Modified party member arrows to tell who's who. Also good.

Well, I'll try to keep the list up-to-date by adding to it every now and then. Hopefully somebody can reply so that I don't end up bumping my own topic so much, as it makes me feel bad just a little bit.

Edit: Yeah, I guess my title is kind of false now, since I'm currently playing and everything.

Edit: Played the battle zone a little today. I changed my red-highlight suggestion.
