When I load sf everything goes fine but when im in game i can still play but... i jump like im on the moon.. and if i type something the words get typed very slow... say it takes me 10secs to type what im saying it will take like 20secs befor its acualy shown up on SF , if thats just cause my comp sux ok but if theirs a way to fix it tell me please .

Ok,
1)Be on a administrator account.
2)You firewall needs to permit c:\windows\downloaded program files\hgstart9usa.exe
3)The above file may be damaged, so go to its location right click on it and go to properties; along the top of the window that pops up click the dependency tab. In there what do you see?

yeah i am having a problem also, when the game starts, as soon as you get to the select server page where you can select either danger zone or clan warfare, when i select one it freezes and 30 seconds later the box telling you it's going to shut down pops up and freezes so the game doesn't end and 2 minutes after that the little box that tells you connection to server is lost pops up and freezes also, the only way to get out of it was to hit alt+f4, so if anybody has the solution to this i would love to hear it

When I try to install Soldier Front (and all the other games excluding Gunz and Kwon Ho), the orange box appears, says: "We're now installing a game on your computer." But NOTHING HAPPENS!

After that I tried to manually download the installation program and install it, it just tried to install on driver C. The real problem in that is I DO NOT HAVE THE DRIVER C!

So, I would appreciate a decent answer, either some advice on how to install this game or just tell me "you can not play this game" so that I wouldn't need to worry about it. Thank you.

i can get into SF get into the waiting room, i can get into the game. then it loads and then it shows the loading of others. when all the other players are loaded then my screen freezes. when i ctrl+alt+delete it it says program not responding. can some 1 please help me.

Hello everyone.. im a mozilla fire fox user. Just today i went to play some soldier front. I log in like usual click Play Live, and for some reason it starts downloading soldierfront on my computer. so i let it download and i click PLAY LIVE and the connecting to server thing pops up then game gaurd hack prevent thingie and then i get a error message saying Soldierfront.exe saying, "Sorry soldier front has encounterd some problems. if u were working n something important we are sorry" and soldier wont play.... any help would be appreciated.
and i got latest version of mozilla fire fox and alos IE tabs and i tried the IE tabs thingie and made ijji an internet explorer thing but when i go one ijji.com it says we have to close immedatly

I've tried everything but I cannot log into Soldier Front. When I click the "Play Live" button that black screen appears like normal but then a message appears after about 10 seconds saying "Cannot connect to the Login Server - Time Error." After I click the ok button to continue another message appears saying..." The instruction at "0x7c9105f8" referenced memory at "0x008b0010." The memory could not be "read." I have no cle what that means at all and I haven't had any problems wih it until just yesterday. I've been trying and trying to login but that's the only thing it does, after that message appears it just goes back to the Play Live screen again. I don't know wha else to do. I've opened my Windows Firewall and inputed those TCP ports like you said on a website, nothing changed. Now I'm not a whiz at knowing what kind've specs our computer has but it has the second best ATI 1600 Radeon graphics card, 1GB of RAM, 200 GB Harddrive, Windows XP. Please, if anyone can help me I would gretly appreciate it.

ive never tried to download hacks or modem tap. so how would i get a popup from the GameGuard saying 'GameHack detected'? im using windows vista, but i know i have all the specs needed for this game. plus, maybe SF should have liek, Co-Op missions against AI. not liek the ones now, but with actual purpose, like to take out that sniper so the rest of the sqad can get thru to the bunker before the bomb comes down, or have mounted machine guns somewhere, and maybe instead of having a primary and secondary weapon, maybe just have 2 primaries on at the same time, so you could switch between sniuper and sprayer for when it is needed at the moment. but still, please help me out with the GameGuard error.

Its a way to make the download and installation apart ;) .

Yeah i been having a problem with the start button. Right after i click it, it loads a few things as normal and is about to open up and I receive this. I have installed it on IE and Mozzila Firefox none working this is the error i get;

I am running Windows Vista. I can click play and GameGuard launches. During the GameGuard loading, I get an error with "Themida". It says: "An internal exception occured (Address: 0x162dc97)...", and then GameGuard gets an error and closes.

I just downloaded SF yesterday and today I had to redownload some files from the website before launching the game. My problem was at first the game guard was saying hacks decected which doesnt make sense. After I restarted my computer the game launches but freezes at the SF logo screen no error messages.. My computer however doesnt freeze at the same time. Ive tried to reinstall and that didnt work does anyone have any ideas?

Ok, I'm having trouble with lag and a few other issues.:confused:

Umm, I'm having a lot of trouble with lag, and Soldier Front freezes whenever I first open it up.

Here are the steps I take and what happens.

1. I click the "Play Live" button.

2. Everything loads up okay.

3. The Soldier Front server selection screen comes up.

4. I go to click on a server and the screen freezes and a error comes up saying "Connection with server lost." (sometimes I don't even get a chance to click on a server, it just freezes as soon as it loads.)

5. Also a few times whenever I tried to exit out of SF, it wont let me. It just makes a lot of weird clicking noises. (I had to restart my computer a few times because of this...:mad:)

6. When, and if I do get past the server selection screen it still freezes/lags.

7. Whenever I'm playing in-game my ping will shoot from 250-500, and my ping average is usually 350.

8. I heard the server for Soldier Front is in California and if you live to far away from it, it causes your ping to raise up and therefore you get lag. (don't know if any of that is true...)

9. I've read plenty of posts in the Technical Section of the forums and I can ensure you I've taken almost every step to try and stop this problem, but nothing seems to work.

When I start SF everything is nice and laggless. I pick server, and room. Then when we start the game the loading screen takes along time. Over 5 mins. Then , when the game starts I probably have already died about 1-3 times. And/or have been kicked because they think im afk.

I really like Sf but this is gettin really hateful because i dont think my computer can withstand the game. Even tho it reaches all the minimum requirements.

I had that too. What you do is go click Start (bottem left corner) and type in regedit, click enter. after thats done look for all soldier front items and allow and give permission to it. What this does is it gives an option from norton virus protection (same thing I got) from a Allow this isant, allow all ports, or block and blah blah blah. It should be working but you'll problem now enter the updating problem like I am...

The Error box says "please try again"
I tryed to fix it by uninstalling the game then reinstalling the game. This had no effect and it still does the same thing.
