Don't know if this thread has been ever posted, but how did you found out about GunZ ?


Well my story :


One peacefully saturday at 1:00 PM I was playing TONY HAWKS PROSKAT0000R Undaaahgraawwwnd 1 at my Playstation 2, Online of course. With my awesome proclan Next Generation Dragons ( rofl NGD xD )

My cleanleader logged on and said :

He : "SHAAAINEEEEH"
Me " lolwut ?"
He : " Come play GunZ with me,bowlala,made and solid. "
Me : "What the hell is GunZ ?"
He : "www.gunzonline.com, International version, download and come."

So I downloaded, OLOL 130 KB/S ( I am glad I can download now with 1 mb/s <.< )

So I downloaded it and communicated over msn with him. What room etc bla bla.

I joined them, private room, they already played for 2 days, and I just started.

My first expression : "LOL WHAT THE ************ IS THAT MAP ?" - It was Town <.< ( LOL )

It seemed so small, because I only tumbled around in that place where the stairs go up.
Actually, I was too stupid to find the way out <.<, I was used to play Playstation, and not Computer.

Well, the first 30 levels we only tumbled and sprayed, like everyone did on International GunZ.



How did you hear about it ?

I had international GunZ for some time as many of my classmates that time. Someone found new game and we all started it... If the others didn't quit before you downloaded it. We played GunZ for abgout 20 lvl and then it went dead until few years later (almost a year since now) I heard from my ET clanmate about this new place Ijji. I had seen IjjiGunZ in my xfire games list so it kinda rang my bell and I checked the site and downloaded GunZ to test was it as fun as I remembered.. Then I found questing and got addicted and now everyone in my ET clan mocking this game to get me back. ^^ Boring story ain't it? :D

About 3ish years ago me and a bunch of my friends all started to play Igunz together; I specifically remember we named one guy 'gunz kid' ;) because he was a freaking addict. I'm pretty sure he was the first one to start; and since I was one of his best friends I'm pretty sure I was like the 3rd person in the whole school to play it.

Stumbled into the gunzonline website. Read through the story and it got me interested in the game. Unfortuanetly it was a let down when I actually started playing because there was hardly a shred of the original story besides a few names and vague references of people and places in the Bounty/Item shop. It was Freshman year, I wanted to play something fast and furious.
So I looked around and found IGunz. DL'd it, played it, liked it til' was level 19, then quit.
IJJI came up with it again, I shrugged and decided to try it out over the summer.

Kstyle made everything a new experience.

I learned so many things that I didn't in IGunz, the game got more competitive, and all in all, I was slowly hooked.
