imo u r exaggerating... 99.9% of the DC population? u can't know that for sure (and i'm not one of them then).
all we need r MITO items (stickers CAN be part of that)

stickers in SR brings a 7 day trial and each section for the car cost 100 mito to put a sticker on the car.after that you gotta pay 18 g coins to get a sticker license to be able to put stickers on your car.i think its permanent,not sure.
