It's kinda obvious that you need to kill the Goblin King Boss...and you need to use a crimson necklace and goblin skull to get to him. =P

u coould find it in lvl 3 but u could get more in lvl 4 (41+)

No.
The only combo for goblin king is Crimson Necklace + Goblin Skull.

Yeah, Goblin doll and Large Skull does diddily/squat.
I personally think its most profitable to be doing Dungeon Questing. There's a higher chance of getting the boss items.
