Many people think that the lucky box is bugged, it isn't. It's simple how to get your lucky box after you have purchased it.
Step 1: After you have purchased the item, go to the gunz homepage. http://gunz.ijji.com/
Step 2: Go to "My Items" wich can be located above the "add g-coin" symbol. Then, click on Lucky box that will be on a panel beside "My Items" and "Coupon".
Step 3: It should say that the box you have purchased is "not opened" simply click on that, a new window should pop-up asking if you want to open the box now or later.
Step 4: If you clicked "open now" it should tell you what you have recived, for example I got "Slider sports set(men)".
Step 5: In game, go to "Inventory" there you will see at the top right hand corner "Storage". Go there, your item should be there, simply double click on the item and it will be in your "inventory" enjoy!
