Should Spammers Be Punished

Stuff like this constantly keeps happening and nothing seems to be done about it. What does the community think should be done to stop the spamming?

Well in some games i play they have an anti-spam system which limits your chatting. For example like they only allow a user up to 4-5 chats repititively and also have a certain number of chats per time limit.

theres not much that can be done to prevent it. the best thing ive had in other mmorpg's was chat filters. Honestly i would love them here too.

Chat filtering and/or better anti spam system should be added to the game, now game doesnt allow player to repeat exactly same txt few times in a row ...he can simply change 1 letter and spam more.

When minister Kirin will be choosen his Judges could also take care of the spammers sending them to jail for some time.
