Stairway To Heacen Item?

Ive heard that you buy the "Stairway To Heaven" item to get the Stairway lvl.
Im confuzed, where?
Fyi im lvl 21 so am i not allowed to play stairway? cuz ive seen 3 Stairway lvls that ive played on.
Can u buy the lvl and play it at lvl 21?

Wow..no, they're definently not talking about the quest stage(staircase) of dungeon quests..they're referring to the stairway deathmatch stage. Stairway is only accessable in the elite channels (lvl 35+) Along with lost shrine, the matches you see are all hacked...same with shower room, cept not avalialbe outside of duel.
