Gameguard initilization error

i am trying to play gunz and i get this message-

i restarted the game, and my computer and all that, but it still does this.
what do i do?
(and stick around cause if i can fix this i will probably have more errors for you, i got gunz again today because i forgot why it wouldnt work last time. this wasnt it, so i might have more problems later.)

Well,i can help you..
1:click on avg.
2:Reidesnt Shield-right click it.
3:Click on Properties
4:play gunz,HAVE FUN!!.

now i just need a new videocard.
