Before you vote!!!

I had a few comments I wanted to make before everyone starts voting for the first election of Goonzu.

To you truly believe that the candidate that you will be voting for..

1. Will justly provide the community?

2. Will be capable of handling the job?

3. Will select their Ministries fairly?

4. Ever been accused or convicted of any wrong doings in the game?

5. Is running for the position because they want to make the game better, and not just for the title.

6. Is rarely AFK, and plays the game on a regular basis.

Before I get jumped on anything that I have posted above, these are just my opinions. I feel that things need to be addressed before everyone blindly votes for their elected Goonzu. How well do you know your candidate?

Most of the candidates are pretty well known and have good reputations,ingame experience,etc.The only real problem right now is that most of them with the exception of a few ,barely tell us what their plans are for when they get elected.And no ''willing to listen to the peoples ideas'' or ''open to any suggestions'' isnt what we want to hear(well at least not me)

Those are the ones we should be suspicious of.

I totally agree.. I looked over some of the people from Hera's and a couple of them stated who the want as their "Ministries"

Are they just going to drop the bomb on us and appoint their friends? I mean..

Do we really think the people that are running for GoonZu are going to do the job? I have not seen any proof that they will... Thats why I wonder if it is just for the title.. They could be trying a lot harder to prove that they are going to do the job, do it well, and make everyone happy. Ive seen A LOT of mud slinging between a few of them... Do we really want that?

1-3) Read my post please, I dont know if this post is directly related to me at all but you would have a good idea if you read my GoonZu thread and the discussion there.

4) Never been wrongly accused of anything bad besides being close to a few people that people dont like in game and how I will still back up if they returned to the game today.

5) Again read my post, why would I want a title that involves me taking so much time out of my gameplay to help others? The answer to this question is obvious again for me.

6) I check on the game 4-5 times a day and usually play at least 2-3 hours a day, I am an addict lol but truely timewise/availablewise am one of 2-3 canidates/players that would be a good GoonZu. And while I am sleeping/at work/at school ofc I am afk digging up those beans! A****g is not in itself bad especially since I leave whispers on as an IMer while i am gone.

I would like to add one thing I think you left out that is important is forum activity, no one interacts as much as I do on the forums as I do out of the Athena canidates. Although I think most of the above questions are answered in my other thread, I am glad that you want to know what/who canidates are all about before you vote. But fwank canidates that havent made their intentions made 3 days after nominations have started are probably going to answer this post.

Well said at least one of the candidates takes his time to see what the people have to say, I respect voice for his speech and activeness in game and out of game. :thumbsup:

I myself also agree that forum activity is very important as we have players all around the world and not everyone will be able to contact the Goonzu Lord in game since they might not have the same time zones. :doh:

So far my vote is on VoiceOfTreason, his the best overall.

Yes, I want to thank you Voice for your response.. It lets the public know that you care and read the forums.. Nothing was directed torward you Voice..

I am just conserned that some of the people who are running is just after the "title" and not wanting to make the game better...

Yeah FwAnK it really does seem they just want the title, they can at least check the forums once a day or two maybe? Cause some of us want an active helpful lord and not an inactive lord who just wants the title. :doh:
