Though it wasn't released to public knowledge but yes.
There were plans to move all CA/US Goonzu users to our 2 server.
GBWC was one example and is one of the I quote "1 out of the 8 major changes"

in order to be able to have a starting fund here in ijji

lol that sounds ridicolous. technically they can, but they would destroy the game. it would be like merging athena and hera. so dun say things that makes no sense. gbwc is another kind of game
