Don't think anyone would spend 13 mill on a mount though, that just seems dumb. Can get like 3 vixens for that price.

vanila has a firestorm too, and it's not the fastest horse in game it has 20 speed like vixen/ all other rare horses except brown

uhm.. They all have 20 speed max, but mine has 21.42 / 20 speed. So yes, it is the fastest.

1 speed is barely noticable. There is a speed cap in this game and that's 20. Any speed higher than that won't count. I tried this with Giselle and Seigfried's quest reward of +4 speed whenever you clear their quest. A 20 speed mount + one of these +4 speed buffs will still be considered as 20 speed.

I thought the speed boost from Siegfried's quest only comes into play when you're on foot. Well in any case, it also has the 2nd most agility out of all the mounts, 2nd to a Wolf.

I tried it with Brown Horse and It received +4 speed making it run for 19 speed instead of 15.

Just to clearify:
Horse speed is max 20 speed.
Getting to 21 speed wont necessary make it faster.
Try use it to run against another speed 20 Firestorm and compare =]
